HOPE Initiative NFP
respects the privacy, confidentiality and financial security of our
donors. Our donor privacy policy represents our commitment to honor our
donor's rights. We at HOPE Initiative NFP are profoundly grateful
for your support of our organization and take the security of your
personal and financial information most seriously. HOPE Initiative NFP keeps database, mailing and distribution lists of supporters personal information including: name, address, phone number and email address if voluntarily provided to us. In addition, HOPE keeps a record of each donor's giving history on file for IRS purposes as well as for our Development Committee to make more accurate budgetary projections. In order to further the charitable mission of HOPE, members of our Board of Directors, Committee Chairs or other HOPE agents may make use of donor information and distribution lists, but in doing so, we respect your privacy and work to limit our appeals. All individuals with access to donor's personal information are bound by our own internal privacy policies and we limit access to only those with legitimate charitable purposes for doing so. HOPE Initiative NFP treats your personal information with the same high standards we apply to securing your financial information. HOPE will never share, sell, rent or distribute your personal information to any third parties for any purpose. Furthermore, confidential financial information including credit card or bank account information is only accessible to those individuals of the Finance Committee charged with conducting and processing financial transactions. All efforts are made including electronic and procedural safeguards to keep secure and confidential all donor information. |
