HOPE Initiative,
Nepal, is a dynamic, all volunteer charitable organization devoted to
bringing HOPE through education to the poorest children of Nepal.
Every penny donated to HOPE goes
directly to the children we serve. Administrative costs are underwritten by the HOPE
Board allowing 100% of your donation to fund our
programs and our children.
HOPE Believes: Education is the key to escaping the cycle of poverty. HOPE unlocks the
potential in every child and in each family by nurturing the body, mind,
and spirit.
HOPE Focuses: On innovative educational programs that cultivates self-learning and problem solving, so that individuals are empowered to solve their own problems rather than waiting for a handout. We put students back in school, we guide youth in harnassing the power of technology, and we inspire curiosity and creativity in learning and life.
HOPE's Mission: Through the
lifelong gift of education, we strive to empower individuals to effect
substantive change in their own lives, and with our help, but through
their own efforts, escape the twin plights of poverty and dependency.
HOPE's Methods: To bring those caught in the cycle of poverty, hunger, and disease into
the classroom, keep them there and ensure they have the support they need
to succeed.
